United took their Step 4 opponents, Leighton Town, to the wire in a thrilling end to end encounter at Second Meadow on Tuesday night in the Beds FA Senior Challenge Cup. However, a winning goal in the 72nd minute from Enzo Silvestri saw the Evo Stik Southern Division side through to a semi final tie at Dunstable Town.
